Back To My Village (BTMV) is a charity group of professionals who wants to help the peoples in their village voluntarily. Main aim of the proposed BTMV project is to provide Primary education to villager’s children, free health checkup and treatments to all villagers, creating awareness about the policies of government and fulfilling the basic
needs of the villagers like water, road etc.

The members of this group collide together, discuss about execution of various activities, listens to the suggestion/feedback/experience of other members, makes plans and implement various activities by using the website. The group also wants to support the others to join their group and know about their contribution in various activities.

Proposed System:
The main objective of this proposed system is to give solution to the problems which we faced in the existing system. We can automate all the processes of the existing system by using this proposed system. The new system is enabled with web, so its members can share their information and suggestions/feed backs with others at anytime and anywhere by using internet. We can keep in track of an individual process by using new system, which centralizes the status update. The members of this system can accessed it from any place/location across the world through internet. The member of this system will get facilities like sending mails to other members, upload and download image through website, updating the status of process in centralized location, chatting with other users, exporting the generated reports using applications like MS-Excel, PDF format, etc. The Volunteers can check and verify their progress in the given tasks by using the valuable feedback given by the Donor members.

The three main modules of this system are:
  • Admin module
  • Volunteer module
  • Report module
The functions of these modules are given as follows:
  • Admin will control all the processes of this system.
  • In the Volunteer module we can check the performance of the volunteer in the tasks.
  • We can generate reports like daily, Weekly and Monthly Status Report in the Reports module.
Hardware Requirements:
  • RAM: Minimum 512MB or more.
  • Hard Disk: Minimum 80GB or more.
  • Operating System: Windows XP /2000/2003 Operating System
Software Requirements:
  • Front End: Visual Studio .Net 2008 or above
  • Back End: SQL Server 2005 or above
  • Internet Information Server 5.0 (IIS)
  • Visual Studio .Net Framework 3.5 (Minimal for Deployment)
